Is there such a thing as the Yahoo Lotto Promotion Board?

I have received email claiming I’ve won a large sum of money. It is from Yahoo Lotto Promotion Board based out of Indonesia. They say my e-mail was attached to batch numbers and I am one of 12 people whom the 14,400.000 british pounds will be divided amongst. They say winners were randomly selected from around the globe. I would like to know is there such a lottery system affiliated with Yahoo?

Is this an obvious scam? Yes.
If it sounds too good to be true, and it came in your email box, it ALWAYS, 100% of the time, is too good to be true!
No that’s obviously a scam.
