With these four pillars, you will the ability to choose which possibilities you can take advantage of within different moments. A SWOT analysis can come in handy, as no one can predict whether business will be good or not in a long time.

    Action plan – Remember those little meetings that you have during your college days and you are asked for an action plan? Then that same action plan functions the same as this one. An action plan keeps you ahead from your competitors, as you are always able to make the first move when you are in an advantage or disadvantage. Once business is low, then you can use some action plans to make things easier. But, you also need to have an action plan, when business is great. You’ll never know when the good times will last, so it’s much better to be prepared.
