An action plan keeps you ahead from your competitors, as you are always able to make the first move when you are in an advantage or disadvantage. Once business is low, then you can use some action plans to make things easier. But, you also need to have an action plan, when business is great. You’ll never know when the good times will last, so it’s much better to be prepared.
